My wife and I came over from London England and had no idea about the tax requirements in this country! We found it very difficult for any accountant to respond to our emails or accept our calls as a new client. Trudy was different. We had a very friendly receptionist answer the call promptly and professionally and we were scheduled in for a Free Consultation there and then. Of course there was a delay before we could meet with Trudy but this is expected with excellent, in-demand accountants around tax return time. We found Trudy to be friendly, approachable, knowledgable and she completed our return in the time agreed. She was also a great helping with other issues such as claiming disaster relief and obtaining an ITIN for my daughter, replying to emails and calls very promptly.
