For the 2024 tax season, there will be limited and restricted face to face appointments.
We highly encourage virtual appointments.
Any in office appointments are reserved for COVID vaccinated taxpayers. We do not require face masks to be worn however appointments will/can be changed to a virtual appointment if any symptoms present immediately prior to or during your scheduled appointment.
For virtual appointments, your documents will be requested 2-3 days prior to your appointment. Then Trudy will call you at the appointment time to review your draft returns via telephone or video conference. Any signatures will be handled via the client portal or DocuSign for a virtual signature that is compliant with IRS guidelines.
Document drop-off options:
We have a 2” mail slot in the office door. You can now drop off tax documents without an appointment, after hours! The documents will be collected, added to the calendar and you will be notified as to which week you can expect your tax preparation to be completed via email (unless you already have an appointment booked). which week you can expect your tax preparation to be completed via email (unless you already have an appointment booked).

Upload your documents to the SmartVault Client Portal with your username (email address) and password.
Electronically via fax or email. Please remember that email is not secure, so do not send anything with a Social Security Number via email for your own identity protection.
Snail mail 🙂 ! The documents will be collected, added to the calendar and you will be notified as to which week you can expect your tax preparation to be completed via email (unless you already have an appointment booked). Because we cannot guarantee these will not get lost, please keep a copy of the documents you snail mail.
